Aura Glow (“Aura Glow,” “we,” “us”) is an AI beauty app that provides personalized color analysis, facial/makeup guidance, and glow-up previews. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the app you agree to this policy.
No account needed
We don’t require your name, email, or a login. Your app is identified by a random device identifier generated on your device. We use it to save your scans and subscription status.
What we collect
- Photos you submit. The selfies you choose to analyze.
- Onboarding answers. Optional details like age range, beauty goals, and skin concerns, used to personalize results.
- Purchases. Your subscription / one-time purchase status (via Apple & RevenueCat). We never see your card details.
- Usage & diagnostics. Basic analytics and crash data to improve the app.
How your photos are used
Photos you submit are uploaded to our secure storage (Cloudflare R2) and processed by Google’s Gemini AI to generate your results. They are used only to create your analysis and the images/video you see. You can delete any scan, or your entire account and all associated photos, at any time from the app.
Who we share with
We don’t sell your data. We share only with service providers that run the app:
- Google (Gemini AI) — generates your analysis and images.
- Cloudflare R2 — secure photo/video storage.
- Apple & RevenueCat — process and verify purchases.
- Mixpanel & Firebase — anonymous usage analytics & diagnostics.
Retention & deletion
We keep your scans until you delete them. Deleting your account removes your data and stored photos/videos from our systems. To delete, use the in-app option or contact us at m_tas@outlook.com.
Children
Aura Glow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices & rights
You control what you submit and can delete any scan, or your entire account and all stored photos/videos, at any time from the app. You can manage analytics and tracking permissions in your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing — to exercise them, email m_tas@outlook.com. We don’t sell your personal information.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures (e.g., encrypted connections and access-controlled storage) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
International transfers
Our providers (including Google, Cloudflare, Apple, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, and Firebase) may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the app you understand your information may be processed outside your country.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
